Shiitake mushrooms are commonly used in Japanese cuisine for their umami flavor in soups, stir-fries, and as a topping for various dishes. They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which support immune function and overall health.
Mizuna is often used fresh in salads, as a garnish, or lightly cooked in soups and stir-fries for its peppery taste and nutritional benefits. It is packed with vitamins A, C, and K, and antioxidants, promoting immune health and reducing inflammation.
